1.1 - Membership is open
to any individual owning at least one Arabian or half-Arabian horse
1.2 - Unprompt membership
renewal will result in termination of membership
1.3 - Terminated members
may re-join registry by paying full new membership dues (as per Section VII)
1.4 - Members terminated
on grounds of disgrace are terminated for life
Section
III Registration
2.1 - All registered
animal must contain from 50% - 100% of Arabian blood
2.2 - Only members in
good standing are permitted to register stock
2.3 - All stock must be
registered to compete in any RAR hosted competition

IV Purebred stock
3.1 - Purebred Arabians
may contain no less then 100% Arabian blood
3.2 - Bay, brown, black,
chestnut & grey will be the only permitted registerable colors
3.3 - Solid, roan &
sabino will be the only permitted registerable patterns

V Partbred stock
4.1 - Partbred Arabians
must contain between 50% - 99% Arabian blood
4.2 - All colors and
patterns are permitted as registerable
4.3 - The RAR
recognizes the following breeds: Araloosa (Arabian X Appaloosa)
Anglo-Arabian (Arabian X Thoroughbred) Arabian Warmblood (Arabian X
Warmblood) Morab (Arabian X Morgan) National Show Horse (Arabian X
Saddlebred) Pintabian (99.21875% Arabian blood with tobiano markings)
Quarab (Arabian X Quarter Horse)
Section
VI Disiplinary Action
5.1 - Any broken rule
results in a fine and warning
5.2 - Repeat offenders
will be terminated for life
5.3 - The following
offenses will result in immediate termination: Attempting to register a
partbred as purebred Attempting to register a non-Arabian Drug useage
on stock Abuse or neglect of stock
Section
VII Competition
6.1 - The RAR will
host regular rated, regional and national events
6.2 - Occasional
schooling events that offer no points will be held free of charge
6.3 - Only RAR
sanctioned events are eligible for point rewards
6.4 - The RAR will
sanction events hosted by members if believed to be beneficial
6.5 - Major events will
include Scottsdale, Nationals & Buckeye
